The original construction of the gas station was canceled as impractical, and in 1785 a new project in the Moorish style was approved. The technical construction served partly as a steam bath and irrigation system of the park. At the beginning of the 20th century, the first water turbine, installed by Viktor Kaplan, was installed in the Moorish house to supply the castle and farm buildings with electricity. In the 1960s, a new waterworks was built on the opposite bank, and the original Kaplan turbine is housed as one of the oldest facilities of its kind in the Technical Museum in Brno. The building is still used to irrigate park areas of the park.
